I recently got invited to photograph the awesome buildOn students at their fund-raising event in Williamsburg.
Today the all-weather bike clowns of Time’s Up tried to give Marty Markowitz the gift of cycling. Their offer of a golden push bike was turned down by Marty’s office, a representative of which suggested the clowns gave it to a kid. The clowns did make it into the reception area where the bike was briefly on display.
The action was in response to Markowitz’s performance last week at the City Council’s Transportation Committee hearing on NYC Bike Policy.
